It is helpful to know a little about you and your experience with the Airedale Breed. If you are not familiar with the breed, research, talking to Airedale owners, and possibly visiting them is a great idea. They are not for everyone.

The deposit will be $1000.
Deposit is non-refundable! Make sure this decision is one you will commit to for the life of the dog. A lifetime commitment is a big deal for you and your new baby.

Puppy Buyer and Breeder Expectations
Expectations from the Buyer:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required once the puppies and mom are confirmed to be healthy.
Fenced Yard: Buyers must have a secure, fenced yard to ensure the safety and well-being of the puppy.
Breed Understanding: Buyers should have a clear understanding of the Airedale breed, including its needs, temperament, and training requirements.
Local Veterinarian: A local veterinarian must be established for the puppy’s healthcare and regular check-ups.
Contract Acknowledgment: Buyers will receive a contract outlining responsibilities and expectations, which they are encouraged to keep for their records.
Rehoming Policy: Should the buyer need to rehome the puppy, they are required to return the dog to the breeder's home without a refund.
Expectations from the Breeder:
Health of Puppies: The breeder will ensure that puppies and the mother are in good health before accepting deposits.
Documentation: The breeder will provide relevant documentation, including health records and the sale contract.
Support: The breeder will offer guidance and support to the buyer throughout the puppy's adjustment period and beyond.
Rehoming Assistance: The breeder will assist in the event that a puppy needs to be rehomed, ensuring the best outcome for the animal.
Transparent Communication: The breeder commits to transparent communication regarding the health and well-being of the puppies.
Both parties are expected to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a successful placement and a positive experience for both the puppy and the new owner.
