They are here!! We have 11 babies! KonaBee and Brigham are our new parents. They are both super awesome Airedale Terriers. The are both calm, and fun. They love their people and just hanging around. While they are still a younger, they continue to learn and grow. We are so pleased to see what this new bunch of bundles of joy will be like.

New Year’s Litter:

They arrived January 3, 2026. We had 5 girls and 6 boys. They get their first vet appointment on Wednesday January 7, 2026. It will be the very first litter for Brigham and KonaBee together. KonaBee is approximately 4 years old and has a gentle, loving nature. She is a sweetheart who loves everyone she meets, remains calm, and helps keep our yard safe and secure. I have high hopes that she will be a wonderful momma, nurturing many healthy and happy puppies.

Brigham, on the other hand, is about 3 years old and is likely the best male dog we have ever had. He is incredibly smart, kind-hearted, and loves everyone he encounters. He maintains a calm demeanor and has a special fondness for treats. Additionally, he serves as a reliable guard dog, always attentive to his surroundings.

Puppy Buyer and Breeder Expectations

Expectations from the Buyer:

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required once the puppies and mom are confirmed to be healthy.

  2. Fenced Yard: Buyers must have a secure, fenced yard to ensure the safety and well-being of the puppy.

  3. Breed Understanding: Buyers should have a clear understanding of the Airedale breed, including its needs, temperament, and training requirements.

  4. Local Veterinarian: A local veterinarian must be established for the puppy’s healthcare and regular check-ups.

  5. Contract Acknowledgment: Buyers will receive a contract outlining responsibilities and expectations, which they are encouraged to keep for their records.

  6. Rehoming Policy: Should the buyer need to rehome the puppy, they are required to return the dog to the breeder's home without a refund.

Expectations from the Breeder:

  1. Health of Puppies: The breeder will ensure that puppies and the mother are in good health before accepting deposits.

  2. Documentation: The breeder will provide relevant documentation, including health records and the sale contract.

  3. Support: The breeder will offer guidance and support to the buyer throughout the puppy's adjustment period and beyond.

  4. Rehoming Assistance: The breeder will assist in the event that a puppy needs to be rehomed, ensuring the best outcome for the animal.

  5. Transparent Communication: The breeder commits to transparent communication regarding the health and well-being of the puppies.

Both parties are expected to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a successful placement and a positive experience for both the puppy and the new owner.
